Product Introduction
Spee Super Oil Spectrometer Special Disk ElectrodeIt is a consumable required by the spectrometer for sample excitation, model M97008
Spee Super Oil Spectrometer Special Disk ElectrodeIt is imported from the United States with high purity and guaranteed quality. Used in conjunction with the Spire super oil spectrometer, it helps you obtain accurate oil detection results.
Product dimensions:standardGraphite disk electrode, outer diameter12.5±0.03mm, inner diameter3.18±0.03mmSatisfyASTM6595andNB/SH/T 0865 standard.
Product Introduction:
1 The dedicated disk electrode of the oil spectrometer has two functions.
2. By rotating the disk electrode, the sample in the oil box is brought to the gap between the disk electrode and the rod electrode.
3. When connecting the oscillating arc excitation source, it interacts with the rod electrode to generate instantaneous high temperature, evaporating and dissociating the components in the oil sample into gaseous atoms, and then exciting the gaseous atoms to produce characteristic spectral lines of the elements.
significance:
1. Electrode purity (impurities) is one of the main sources of background noise;
2. The purity and porosity of the electrode will affect the stability of the temperature, thereby affecting the accuracy and stability of the results;
3. The outer diameter size of the disk electrode will affect the amount of sample carried;
4. The inner diameter size of the disk electrode will affect the rotation rate and the amount of sample carried.
Features:
1. SpectrOil oil spectrometer dedicated disk electrode;
2. Using high-purity graphite (spectral purity), it has the characteristics of high strength, high density, high purity, high chemical stability, dense and uniform structure, high temperature resistance, and high conductivity;
3. High temperature casting process with good uniformity of porosity;
4. When starting to use a new disk electrode, whether from a new manufacturer or from different batches of the same manufacturer, it is necessary to compensate for the bias of the disk electrode.
